Who to contact

What we collect

Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought.
Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them. We receive a payment confirmation and reference.
Custom orders and quotes: your name, email, your message and any reference images you upload.
Newsletter and "notify me": your email address.
Browsing data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). If you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage statistics through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

To take, make, ship and support your order (we need this to fulfil the contract with you).
To reply to quote and custom-order requests you send us.
To send drop announcements, only if you signed up; you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
To understand which pages are useful, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: Razorpay (payments); courier and logistics partners (name, address, phone, to deliver your parcel); our website hosting and email providers; and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential: cookies that keep your bag and checkout working (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*). The site cannot work without them.
Your choices: your wishlist and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.
Analytics (optional): only loaded after you choose "Accept analytics". You can change your mind any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Fonts on this site are served from our own server, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Quote and custom-order messages and reference images: for up to 12 months after the project ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or stop using it for a purpose you agreed to (such as the newsletter). Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by Razorpay, and we limit access to your information to what is needed to fulfil your order. No online service is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

Optional Google advertising measurement

With your permission, we use the Google tag to measure visits and actions associated with our Google ads. Google may receive page and device information and use advertising measurement cookies. Purchase measurement, when configured, includes an order reference, order value and currency; we do not include your name, email, delivery address or private order access link in these events. We do not enable ad personalisation. You can choose Essential only, or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Essential shopping and checkout cookies remain available whichever option you choose.
