Shipping & Returns
Making your order
Most pieces are printed to order. Ready-to-ship estimates are shown on the product page. Larger, multi-part and lamp pieces, and all custom work, take longer, and for custom work we confirm the timeline with you before you pay. Estimated standard delivery is 7–8 calendar days from payment, including production and courier transit.
Shipping
- We dispatch from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and currently ship within India through courier partners. We email you tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
- The 7–8 calendar day standard delivery estimate runs from payment, not dispatch. Timing may vary by destination, courier delays or production requirements; contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
- Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999. Below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- We pack pieces carefully, but if something arrives damaged, see below.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email craftytoonmanage@gmail.com / order@craftytoon.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (and the outer box if you still have it). If the item arrived damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or size preference, or for custom work. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before we start printing your order, which is usually within 24 hours of payment. Message us as soon as you can. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
