What artwork should I provide?
Send a clear version of your logo and your preferred size and colours through Custom printing. The studio will check the artwork before confirming the project.

Can I choose the size and colours?
Yes. Size, colours and material are discussed for your project and confirmed with the quote.
Is the base included in the design?
The sample design is a raised logo on a rectangular base. The final base and layout depend on your logo and agreed design.
Is the sample logo what I will receive?
No. The Craftytoon logo demonstrates the format. Your order is discussed using your own artwork.
Is the displayed starting price a final fixed price?
No. The final price depends on size, artwork, material and design requirements. We confirm a project-specific quote before payment.
Is this piece made to order?
Yes. Craftytoon pieces are printed to order in our studio. Allow production time before dispatch.
When should I expect delivery?
Production and delivery timing are confirmed with your final quote before payment.
Can I order for a particular gift date?
Contact the studio before paying if you need delivery by a particular date. We can discuss production timing; an estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Where does Craftytoon ship?
We dispatch from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and currently ship within India through courier partners.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999. Below that threshold, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
How can I pay for my order?
Available prepaid payment options are shown through Razorpay at checkout. Craftytoon does not store your card or UPI payment details.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Craftytoon currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Will I receive parcel tracking?
Yes. We email tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
Can I cancel before production starts?
Contact us as soon as possible. Our policy allows cancellation for a full refund before printing starts. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our shipping and returns policy explains replacement and refund options for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
Can I return a made-to-order piece for a change of mind?
Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, colour or size preference. See our shipping and returns policy for the full terms and damaged-item support.
How do I clean and store my printed piece?
Dust gently with a soft brush or use a lightly damp cloth. Keep printed pieces away from hot water, heaters and hot cars. Keep any electrical components dry and disconnect lighting before cleaning.
Can I request a different design or size?
Send the studio your requirements through Custom printing. Changes depend on the design, material and printing requirements; we confirm feasibility and a quote before production.
